"How much personnel do I actually need to run my process without slowing it down but also without overstaffing it and thus not being able to run it cost-effectively?"

After the organizational optimization with the goal of eliminating the bottlenecks, Tecoma uses the YAMAZUMI analysis and can determine the theoretically optimal manpower required for a process on the basis of the takt- to cycle- time comparison.
However, it is also necessary to take into account physical conditions, such as part sizes or part weights, and the associated manageability, which can unintentionally increase manpower requirements.
