Analysis of various productions often reveals poor availability of technical production equipment as one of the main causes of reduced production throughput. Often we find companies in the following situation:

Because there is no propper Preventive Maintenance with no reserved time to do TPM the prodution suffers a lot of shut downs and unplanned downtime. Finally the time which is needed to fix all those problems takes longer than the time needed to perfom a frequent and propper preventive Maintenance and the company loose twice. This is what we call a typical "devils circuit"
